Magicomm was founded by Rick Littrell in 2004, with the vision to develop a dynamic cultural environment that would foster creative and professional development while supplying customers with a high quality experience and product. Our company provides integrated direct-to-customer marketing communications solutions, through a high level strategy of personalization and cross media implementation. Our core expertise expands into the ability to offer document and communications workflow consulting that delivers solutions for web enabled information production automation.

Rick is the founder of Magicomm. Previously he was principal of Littrell Associates, an international consulting organization focused on developing and implementing strategic marketing and product plans by leveraging digital technology to increase business opportunities. Areas of specialization include: Digital Printing (both variable and static), Multi-Channel Communications Strategies and Technologies, personalized url's, variable videos, and social media marketing strategies.

Rick is a highly respected industry leader and student of marketing communications trends, who is active with in many organizations and events including IPA (The Association of Graphic Solutions Providers), American Marketing Association, Printing Industries of New England, IPA Technical Conference, On Demand Conference & Exposition, and Executive Outlook Conference.

Lou Bacon, Cross Media Creative Specialist

With a strong background in the field of human behavior which includes a Master’s Degree of Education in Counseling from the University of New Hampshire, Lou teaches psychology at the college level and has enjoyed decades as a leadership facilitator, counselor, soft-skill presenter, creative consultant, photographer, copy writer and author. Ralph Martin, Chief Advisor

Ralph is a 25 year veteran of the semiconductor equipment industry who has been an independent industry consultant since 2001. He served as President of Mattson Technology from December 1996 through January 1999. Prior to that Ralph held other senior management positions in Mattson Technology including Exec VP and COO from 1993 through 1996 and VP of Engineering from the company’s inception in 1989 to 1993. Previously, Ralph was on the startup team at Novellus Systems where he was responsible for Applications and Process Development from 1985 through 1988. Prior to his time at Novellus, he held various technical positions with GCA, LFE Corp. and MIT Center for Material Science and Engineering.

David Zwang, Advisor

David is the embodiment of the entrepreneurial spirit. His strengths are vast in strategic business planning, analysis, and related services to companies in the vertical Publishing market worldwide. David’s experience also includes an extensive background in Electronic Prepress and many printing technologies, including; Offset, Flexo, and Gravure. He is a leader of consulting services to manufacturers on product development and marketing in the field of publishing, with a specific emphasis on data driven design, prepress, print production, and color management.

Margot Gay Armstrong, Advisor

Margot has extensive experience in selling and developing direct marketing solutions. Her keen sense of finding business opportunities and understanding the requirements for providing robust direct marketing solutions has enabled her to be a strong contributing member of the Magicomm Advisory Board. She approaches all challenges with enthusiasm and brings a common sense approach to complex issues, which has proven valuable as Magicomm grows into providing a wide range of cross media marketing solutions.
